ISPO Conference 2022

Port of Cork and Cork Pilots are honoured to be hosting this year ISPO Conference, which is of added significance as it is the first time we have been able to come together in person for  a number of years.

As industry influencers and leaders, we have an important role to play in the future of our ports, ensuring that as we look to the future we do so with a focus on innovation, efficiency and sustainability in marine operations. Safety management systems must be continually reviewed and if necessary updated to remain current and fit for purpose.

The conference gives us all the platform to discuss effectiveness of previous amendments, debate proposed new changes and to look long term to keep ISPO the choice SMS for pilot organizations around the world.

There is a packed and important conference schedule to continue our pilotage work in improving safety and quality.

Prior to the conference, Bureau Veritas held an internal audit workshop for all interested participants.
