Rotterdam Pilots are honoured to welcome you in Rotterdam. Twelve years ago, in 2005, Rotterdam Pilots received the first ISPO certificate. As a maritime pilot organization in the largest port in Europe, high standards are common to us. Transparency towards customers and stakeholders about our services is a necessity. The conference will provide you a clear view on maritime pilot organizations and the quality standard.

It is our responsibility to be transparant about our activities, listen to stakeholders and find ways to improve the quality of our profession at all times.ISPO is an extremely helpful tool to achieve this. It's our goal to make more pilot organizations enthousiastic about the standard and for stakeholders to understand the importance of this form of self-regulation.
