SOHAR Port and Freezone is a deep-sea Port and Freezone in the Sultanate of Oman, managed by SOHAR Industrial Port Company (SIPC), a 50:50 joint venture between the Port of Rotterdam and the Sultanate of Oman.

SOHAR Port is a deep-sea port centrally located and in close proximity of the main shipping routes connecting the Gulf and the Indian subcontinent with the rest of the world. Thereby, it is an ideal location for a stop-over to obtain all required services for your vessel sailing in the region. On a yearly base, Port of Sohar receives more than 3000 vessel calls.

To allow a smooth and efficient berthing in SOHAR Port and Freezone, a high- standard service is delivered to the vessel calling the SOHAR Port. The Port Control Office coordinates all communications.
