The annual ISPO conference of this year will take place in Dubai, UAE, on November 27-28, 2025. 

This year's host, P&O Maritime FZE, invites all pilot organizations and maritime stakeholders to attend the ISPO conference in Dubai, UAE. As always, the goal of this conference is to bring together as many pilot organizations and maritime professionals as possible to exchange insights and share best practices in maritime pilotage, with a strong focus on improving safety and quality in the sector. The theme of this year's conference is: 

"The Evolution of Maritime Pilotage and Pilotage Logistics - From Local Knowledge to Data-Driven Maritime Pilotage."
